Store License: Zappnote is sold and licensed exclusively through the Microsoft Store. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Zappnote on any Windows devices linked to your Microsoft account, subject to standard Microsoft Store usage rules.
30-Day Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial of Zappnote Pro. You will not be charged if you cancel the trial through your Microsoft account billing dashboard before the 30-day period expires. Following the trial, a one-time purchase price of $59.99 applies to maintain active access.
Zappnote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zappnote and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, notes, productivity, or business profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
